Refund Policy
Effective date: 3 October 2026 · Last updated: 3 October 2026
We want you to feel confident trying ElasticSkin. This policy explains when you can request a refund for your Pro or Premium subscription, and how to do it. It does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
1. 7-Day Satisfaction Refund
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies once per customer and covers your initial subscription payment only. To request it, contact us with the email address on your account and the word "Refund" so we can process it quickly.
2. Annual Plans
For annual plans, the 7-day refund applies to your first annual payment. After the 7-day window, annual payments are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time so you are not charged again at the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
3. Monthly Plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged for the following month. The 7-day refund applies to your first monthly payment; later monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
4. Free Trials
If your plan includes a free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel before the trial ends at no cost. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the 7-day refund window applies to that first payment.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us with "Refund" in the subject line and the email address on your account. We process refunds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days to appear.
6. How to Cancel
You can cancel anytime in Settings, or via the "Manage Subscription" link which opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel or update your card. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
7. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction, including rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed services. If a refund is required by law, this policy does not reduce those rights.
